Cubism
So one of the reactions to photography's growing use through the general population was how painter's reacted against photography and cinema coming age to preserve painting as its own art form. This style started as a combination of moving figure into one painting. Later the style started to fracture the figure into multiple sides in the same image. You can see the ultimate build of the style with the collaboration between Picasso and Braque. It was highly influenced as well as the breakdown of international relations across Europe into highly competitive countries and finally World War I. One way to see cubism is as a predictor of social breakdown leading to war. The style was dominate during the time 1907 to 1914. There were many spin-offs of this style including Futurism, Constructivism, Orphism, etc. You can see the influence of Cubism in later artists that many still use elements of breaking an image into multiple views.
