Where are you now in your art?
I have been focusing currently on a set of large paintings in my geometric style Architectural Abstraction.  My goal is to have a large body of singular works similar to how Claude Monet dedicated his last body of work to only the water lilies and actually built his studio around the water lilies and expanded the pond to make a large landscape to paint from.

How long do you think it will take?
Well, right now I think I need to focus more on the selling process of these works as I have collected many canvases and am quickly running out of space.  Ideally, I would make about 50 large canvases and sell them into the market at a reasonable price.  All major artists had a large set of massive canvasses that they sold to the public.

What about your other styles Metal Mayhem or Political Pop?
Actually, I have a large diary of the images I want to make in Political Pop.  One bouncing around is a portrait of Eminem, whose background parallels my life in many ways.  Another series I would like to tackle is a serious of large heads of important political heros or pop figures impacting the world.  For the Metal Mayhem style, I feel I have maxed out that style at the size I can do.  I would need to be selling that style at a higher volume to dive into more.  I do like that style none the less.

Augustine Kofie with the circular geometric style Kofies website

Why did you take out the circular elements in this style?
At first, my style was always about jagged edges.  Then I saw Augustine Kofie and his use of splashes and circles into geometric style.  His style though is much more calming and subtle.  Initially, I took in all his elements to my style, but the thing about any influence as an artist is you need to make the style your own.  For me the circular edges show softness or even compromise with the harsh angles.  While this is a great stylistic balance, for me it feels like surrender to something I am not.  The battle still brews within me in these works.
